This page lets you request deletion of your Vidyora account and its associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign back in to make a request.

How to request deletion

Option 1 -- In the app (fastest). Open Vidyora -> Account -> Delete account, then confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted right away.

Option 2 -- By email. Send an email to primsoftintel@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my Vidyora account", from the email address you used to register. Include that registered email address in the message so we can locate your account. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we permanently delete:

• Your account record -- email address, internal user ID, and display name.
• Your login credentials and active sessions (hashed password and refresh tokens).
• Your chat history with the AI mentors (your messages and the AI's replies).
• Your reading progress, wishlist, and persona/interest preferences.
• Analytics events linked to your user ID.

You can also delete individual conversations at any time inside the app without deleting your whole account.

What we keep, and why

Some records are retained after account deletion only where the law requires it or to protect the service, as permitted by Google Play and applicable privacy law:

• Billing and transaction records (payment/order references, invoices, tax records) are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and financial-regulation rules. Card and UPI instrument details are held by our payment processor, Razorpay, not by Vidyora, and are subject to Razorpay's own retention rules.
• Security and fraud-prevention records may be retained for a limited period where necessary to prevent abuse.

Retained records are minimized and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Timing

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing your data are overwritten on our normal backup rotation cycle, no later than 90 days after deletion.
